Custom jade orders require a partial deposit of 50% to personally reserve a designated area on the jadeite stone.
Custom solid gold, silver, and platinum jewelry orders require a full deposit amounting to the cost and weight of gold. Delays in deposits will result in the changing of the price due to global economical market value.
All custom orders will need a minimum of 6-8 weeks to design, process, and ship. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Deposits on custom jade orders are nonrefundable once the carving process has begun. (All clients are notified 12 hours in advance).
Courier and shipping services are responsible for lost or damaged package(s).
