Custom jade orders require a partial deposit of 50% to personally reserve a designated area on the jadeite stone.
Custom solid gold, silver, and platinum jewelry orders require a full deposit. A delay of this transaction will reflect a change in the price due to global economical market value.
All custom orders will need a minimum of 6-8 weeks to design, process, and ship. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Deposits on custom jade orders are nonrefundable once the carving process has begun. (All clients are notified in advance).

Tariffs (import tax) will be added to the final balance after inspection by U.S. Customs. Balances must be paid in full prior to shipping.
